About our Business
Davon Harris is a preacher, creative visionary, and ministry leader dedicated to faith, media, and community impact. With nearly a decade of experience in photography, videography, filmmaking, and journalism, his work has been featured in USA Today, Classic Cars Journal, and local film festivals. He has covered graduations, church events, concerts, and other special moments, capturing the essence of Richmond’s vibrant community.
During his time at Virginia Union University, he served in SENT Campus Ministries, where he played a pivotal role in leading weekly Bible studies, revivals, and worship experiences. He was an active member of the Praise and Worship Team, later serving as Vice President and eventually President.
Davon is the founder of D. Harris Studios, a creative platform committed to visual storytelling. Under the motto Creative Minds, the studio aims to make a profound impact by capturing and sharing unique stories. Beyond just media production, D. Harris Studios serves as a space for aspiring photographers, filmmakers, and videographers to develop their craft, share their vision, and elevate the art of storytelling with authenticity and excellence.
He is also the co-founder of The Revival Encounter, a college fellowship dedicated to unifying God’s people, spreading His Word, and strengthening ministries across campus communities. This movement serves as a bridge, empowering students and young leaders to grow in faith and purpose.
Currently, Davon is a licensed minister at Ramp Church Richmond under the leadership of Pastor Bruce Johnson Jr., serving as the Director of Experience, where he oversees worship, fine arts, media, and first impressions ministries. He is set to be officially ordained as an elder in July 2025.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications from Virginia Union University and is pursuing a Master of Divinity at the Samuel DeWitt Proctor School of Theology, with plans to graduate in December 2025.
Originally from Washington, D.C., Davon now resides in Richmond, VA, where he continues to bridge the gap between media and ministry, using his gifts to inspire and transform lives.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
